I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb, right in the heart of the old part of Biarritz, close to everything but still peaceful. The rooms were incredibly spacious with a lovely double aspect that made them so light and airy. The service was top-notch, from the friendly welcome drink to the efficient room service and housekeeping. Dining on the terrace was a delightful experience offering a range of options for all tastes. The facilities were excellent, especially the beautiful courtyard garden. I did find the price a bit steep, but the value for money was undeniable with all the comforts and conveniences provided.
